CAD Design Systems - Aras & CATIA | Spring 2019

This project is a week by week look at a CAD design class taken my final semester senior year. It will be written after each week/assignment has been completed and turned in. This is to show my progress, improved skills weekly, but also to show and demonstrate my design process and thinking in a unique way.

WEEK 2 | CAD & 2D Sketching
Assignment 04: Introduction to Aras
Create a file in both CATIA V5 and NX,
save both to Aras with proper naming
convention, and submit for grading.
Assignment 05: CV5: Environment Settings & Start Part
Environment settings will be changed within CATIA V5. These settings will be used throughout the course as the default standard.
Proper Naming Convention: 2309_Username 23=Assignment Number 09=Seat Number
Assignment 06: CV5: Naming Features in the Specification Tree
Rename geometric features, relations, and parameters in the Specification Tree using logical naming conventions for quick identification in the future.
Assignment 07: CV5: Constrain 2D Sketch Assignment 08: CV5: Create 2D Sketch
Assignment 09: NX11: Environment Settings & Start Part
